To chat with a friend, it is necessary for you to tap on "Apply for a friend"(using MEEFF logo button) first from the "Searching" tab. If you apply for a friend, your request will appear in the other person's lounge. When the other person accepts it, you can see the chatting function gets activated in the lounge. Now you can open "Chat room" and have a conversation!
In MEEFF, only the distance between me and other person is displayed instead of my location. The name of the country that appears on your profile means your nationality.
If you tap on 3 lines from the "Find-Friends" tab on the top right, you can find a filter on the bottom that allows you to choose your friends of a specific nationality. Use this to find friends of your choice!
If you tap on the 3 lines on the top right from the "Find Friends" tab, you can find a check box at the botton asking whether you want to be seen to a person of the same nationality. If you do not want to be seen, check this out and if you want to be seen, simply uncheck it!
If you tap on the 3 lines on the top right from the "Find Friends" tab, you can see a check box uppermost to select your partner's gender. Use this to find friends of your choice!
The time shown on the profile means the time the other party last accessed.
You can undo it by using the items you purchase with Rubies. Those items include Undo (X), History Viewer, and Chat Now.
The time displayed in lounge means the time you can choose the other party. You should choose whether to talk with the other person or not within 24 hours, so you do not lose your precious friend.

If a user deleted his/her account by himself/herself, it will say "Deleted User". If it is blocked by the administrator, you will see "Blocked User".
The time that appears in the chat room list means the time in the area where the other party resides.

The number 1 next to the conversation means that the other person has not read my conversation yet. After reading my conversation, the number 1 disappears.
No. There is no sign of the other exiting the room. Yet, you can guess that he or she has exited when he or she has not read what I sent for a long time.
You can change your profile information by tapping on "My name" from the "Setting" tab and tapping on the pencil icon in the top right corner! However, nationality, gender, and mother tongue can not be changed, and you can not change your birthdays for 2 months after they are once edited.
Age is calculated as international age. For example, if my birthday is March 20, 1991, and the current date is May 20, 2017, my age will be 26 by the simple equation of 2017-1991=26. And if my birthday is Jun 20, 1991 and an upcoming event, I will be 25 by the equation of 2017-1991=25.
You can manage your notification setting in [Setting]→[Notification Settings]. Please make sure you adjust the setting in your device as well to make the notifications work.
If the other person makes you feel uncomfortable, you can let them know to the administrator! Just tap on the round shield icon on the right side of the person's profile to report. In the chat room, if you tap on the 3 points on the top right corner of the chat room, you can also find a menu to report.
No. The fact that I reported is not notified to the other person. The other party does not know that the report has been received. You don't need to worry as it's thoroughly confidential.
At MEEFF, our goal is to create a pleasant and secure service environment. Offending other members by violating our guidelines may be subject to a ban. If a user is banned, they will no longer be able to use the service and may be subject to criminal penalties if necessary.

Ruby is a virtual currency used in MEEFF. It can be used to purchase items.
Rubies are purchasable through gift cards or using the payment information associated with Google Play and App Store accounts. Don't forget to check out our events for free Rubies as well!
We issue refunds when there is no history of using the purchased items within 7 days of payment. If we see that they have been used or it exceeds 7 days, we are unable to provide refunds. If your case is eligible for refunds, please send us your account information at MEEFF_ADMIN@adxcorp.kr
If you made payments through App Store, please contact the App Store to make a refund request.
For subscription products, you need to receive direct cancellation and refund information from the Google or Apple store you paid for.
In the case of Google, you can apply for a refund within 48 hours of payment,
In the case of Apple, you can apply for a refund within 24 hours of payment.

#Google Cancellation of play subscription

In the case of Android phones (Samsung phones)
Run the Google Play App - Touch the ID icon in the upper right corner - Payment & Regular Payment Menu Touch - Please cancel the subscription through the subscription cancellation button of regular payment.

#Google Play refund request

1. Open the mobile browser (e.g. Chrome).
Enter play.google.com at the top.
3, tap the account after the menu menu and purchase details.
4, select a refund request or problem report from the order and select the appropriate option for the situation.
5, fill out the form and leave a note saying you want a refund.
The message "Thank you for reporting," will be displayed, and an email will be sent when it is decided whether it is refundable or not. Usually, emails are sent within 15 minutes, but it may take up to 4 business days.

#Apple store subscription cancellation

For Apple (iPhone)
Run Apple App Store - Select my account in the top right - Select subscription menu - Miff product among subscription products - can be canceled due to subscription cancellation.

#Apple store refund request

Go to page 1. reportaproblem.apple.com.
Log in with Apple ID and password.
Tap or click 'Select a problem'.
Choose 'Refund Request'.
5. Select the reason you want a refund and choose 'next'.
6, select the item you purchased and select 'Submit'.

Even when you change your mobile phone, if you install MEEFF again and log in with your existing account and password (Facebook login is available if you used your Facebook account), you can still use the same service, and the chat rooms with your friends is there!
You can delete account through the 'Delete Account' button at the bottom of the [MY]-[Settings]-[Account] page. Once you leave, all personal information will be deleted and you will no longer be able to contact our friends, please be aware of this!
